  I've no idea what Hi Banks Nursery is actually like. But they are home to KGS mower services who are in my experience to be avoided at all costs. I spent several months without a mower, my partner was verbally abused and brought to tears by Nigel, the owners son. And our mower held to ransom for cash after a string of inoperative returns. And I still had to get my mower fixed by a 3rd party. If you value the purchase you have made in your gardening equipment i suggest you look at any of the other repair and servicing facilities in this area such as Pinks, Sunpatch, etc.... Avoid.
